What To Wear
&
What To Bring
Don't worry, the fashion police won't be attending! So just wear something comfortable that you can easily move around in. Joggers/leggings and a t-shirt are perfect. And we practise yoga with bare feet so you don't have to give yourself a headache over what shoes to wear!
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. If not, you're welcome to borrow one of mine. If you like to use blocks or straps, bring these along too. But they're not essential so it's not a problem if you haven't got any.
Then just a bottle of water, an extra layer to put on at the end of the class and yourself!
